Your data, your safety.

• No name, email, IP address or device is collected.
• No cookies. No third-party analytics.
• Your check-in identifier lives in browser memory only.
• Data deleted within 30 days.

When you complete a check-in, we only record:

• Your campus code (e.g. upcare-paris).
• Your PHQ-9, GAD-7 and Module 3 answers.
• The date (day only, no precise time).
• Your scores, levels and scenario.

The internal identifier is a random UUID that is never linked back to you.

All submissions are automatically deleted after 30 days. No archive, no profiling.

• Servers: Hetzner, Germany.
• Front layer: Cloudflare (anti-DDoS, TLS).
• Encrypted backups: Cloudflare R2, EU region.
• No transfer outside the European Union.

No cookie is set on the student journey. Your chosen language lives in the URL only. In the admin area, only cookies strictly necessary for the session are used (exempt from CNIL consent).

Because anonymity is strict, we technically cannot link a request to a submission. For any question:
